Standard Service

On-site service or technical support is carried out from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, except holidays, for the entire products and equipment line manufactured or sale by CTRLTECH, also extended to products and equipment of this same segment, manufactured or sale by other suppliers and that have service deficiencies.

Extended Service

Through the costumer contract, we provide extended service for on-site service or technical support for the entire national territory, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, for the entire portfolio of services offered.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Through the costumer contract, we provide our technical assistance professionals to carry out periodic preventive maintenance services, opportunities in which all critical adjustment points are examined, such as: checking and tightening connections, compatibility of equipment in operation, general cleaning and recommendations techniques related to the installation environment, aiming to guarantee the good operational performance of the equipment.

Corrective maintenance is carried out always respecting the needs and urgencies that each case requires, always acting in accordance with the best techniques and standards required by customers, especially with regard to training to integrate safety standards.

Maintenance Contract

In order to provide clients with priorities not to respond to eventual emergency care needs, we offer various types of preventive / corrective maintenance contracts and we will certainly identify a modality that will meet each need.

Installation

With a specialized technical team, we perform the assembly / disassembly service of the energy converters equipment (UPS, rectifiers, inverters, battery bank, etc.).

Batteries

With the latest generation equipment, and high quality to diagnose faults or batteries condition, we perform all necessary tests to guarantee the good performance of the system, avoiding its interruption. All tests are accompanied by a diagnostic report done by electronic battery analysis equipment.

Battery Bank Disposal

The CTRLTECH disposes the batteries, according to Brazilian safety and environmental standards.

• Certificate of movement of environmental interest waste.

Assembly Supervision

The Assembly Supervision will be performed by our technical team, specialized and trained in the factory.

The services will be performed by doing all the monitoring, from checking the condition of the equipment after transport (loose components, crash signals, general visual check, retightening when applicable) to checking the installation of the equipment, regarding the type and capacity (gauge) of the wires used for the power supply, output and the battery bank interconnection.
